When Is J. Cole Going to Start Losing Weight? Is J-Lo Ready?

In case you missed it, Cole’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” video hit YouTube in May 2017 and instantly catapulted him to fame, fame, and popularity.

After the video hit the internet, Cole became a meme.

A viral hit, “All That I Do” became the most streamed song of all time and went platinum.

As a result, Cole was able to earn a whopping $12 million in 2016.

This success came at a price: He lost a lot of weight.

“He lost 40 pounds in the last two months, and that’s when it started to hit home,” said Dr. Robert Kohn, a dietician and nutritionist who specializes in obesity and the metabolic syndrome.

“The only thing he’s eating now is chicken and rice.

And that’s it.

And he’s not doing anything else.”

This has led many people to wonder if Cole’s diet is just a ploy to get attention.

“I think it’s more of a marketing ploy,” Kohn said.

“If they can get people to see that video and think, ‘I could be that skinny guy in the video,’ that could get them to want to try that.

But I don’t think it is a true way of losing weight.”

In reality, Cole has been working hard to get lean.

“We’re all in this weight loss game,” he said.

Cole also recently underwent a gastric bypass surgery.

The procedure allowed him to eat more food, which has allowed him not only to lose weight, but also shed pounds.

“When you’re working out, you’re not eating all that much,” Cole said.

The diet isn’t working, though, for Cole.

He recently lost almost 20 pounds in just two months.

He’s now down to about 30 pounds.

For his part, Cole is also in the process of getting his body to break down fat.

“People think that they have to be thin to lose fat,” he explained.

“But it’s actually the opposite.

It’s not about being thin.

It really comes down to getting the right nutrients and making the right changes in your diet.”

And now that Cole is on track to lose 40 pounds, he is trying to take that process one step further.

“There’s a lot that I have to work on to lose more than 40,” he added.

“You’re going to have to get your body to stop eating fat.”

Cole said that his diet will be a gradual process and he is working on increasing his daily exercise.

“As soon as I get off the treadmill, I’m going to be doing 10 minutes of brisk walking.

That’s going to give me a little bit of exercise.”

He’s also planning to try adding a few new things to his diet: “I’m going back to my favorite food, steak,” he joked.

“For a while, I was going to add a few different kinds of vegetables to my meals, but it was all about balance and I don,t want to eat the same things over and over again.”

Cole has already started a website to help him plan his diet, and he has even started using a podcast to help others get their weight down.

“My plan is to try to get my weight down as much as possible,” he continued.

“Hopefully that will help a lot people to lose the weight.”
